EVE was founded in 2001 and started to produce and sell lithium primary batteries in 2003. In 2009, it was listed on Shenzhen GEM, becoming one of the first 28 companies listed. In 2011, the company expanded into the lithium-ion battery field and launched the innovative SPC (Super Pulse Capacitor).
In 2015, EVE officially entered the power and energy storage market. By 2019, the rechargeable Bean Cell for TWS headsets was released. In 2021, 46-series cylindrical cells and cylindrical LFP cells were launched.
In 2022, a new generation of large LFP batteries, sodium-ion batteries, and solid-state batteries were introduced. By early 2023, construction of a "60 GWh Gigafactory" began. The energy storage business has grown rapidly, ranking in the global Top 3 for shipments in 2023.
